Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Auto DM Studio by LidnTech WordPress plugin (“Plugin”, “Service”, “Software”). By installing, activating, or using Auto DM Studio by LidnTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Information
Auto DM Studio by LidnTech is a third-party software plugin designed to automate direct messaging and related actions for Meta Platforms, including Facebook™ and Instagram™.
This Plugin is developed and maintained independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WordPress, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook™, or Instagram™ in any way.
All product names, logos, and brands mentioned are property of their respective owners.
2. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Your use of the Service requires connection to third-party platforms, including WordPress.org and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and policies of these platforms, including but not limited to:
You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will not violate any third-party platform rules, including but not limited to restrictions relating to automated messaging, user consent, data access, data retention, rate limits, and spam or abusive behavior.
You acknowledge that misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of your account by the applicable platform and may also result in suspension or termination of our application by such platform.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that your use violates applicable platform terms or creates risk of enforcement action against our application.
3. Code of Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Auto DM Studio by LidnTech to create, schedule, send, or automate any reply, message, or other content that:
- infringes, misuses, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, brand names, copyrighted material, slogans, or other protected content;
- contains hate speech, harassment, threats, abusive language, discriminatory content, or content that promotes violence, extremism, or harm against any person or group;
- is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to impersonate any person, brand, or organization;
- constitutes spam, unsolicited commercial messaging, or other abusive or excessive automated activity;
- violates any applicable law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws.
You are solely responsible for all content generated, configured, or sent using the Service, including all automated replies and message flows.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, without notice, if we believe your use violates this Code of Conduct, applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies, or creates legal, reputational, or operational risk for Auto DM Studio by LidnTech.
4. No Guarantee of Uptime or Feature Availability
Auto DM Studio by LidnTech relies on third-party APIs and systems operated by Meta Platforms and WordPress.
We make no guarantees of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Meta or WordPress may change, restrict, or remove access to their APIs or features without notice;
- Such changes may cause some or all features of Auto DM Studio by LidnTech to stop working;
- We are not liable for any loss of functionality, downtime, or data loss caused by these external changes.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LidnTech Inc., its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:
- Use or inability to use the Plugin;
- Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service;
- Changes made by Meta, WordPress, or any other third party;
- Data loss, security issues, or account restrictions resulting from integration or API usage.
You use this Plugin at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Plugin complies with all Applicable laws and regulations.
6. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts or all of the Plugin at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to keep the Plugin up to date to ensure continued compatibility with WordPress and Meta systems.
7. Data and Privacy
Auto DM Studio by LidnTech may store certain configuration data or user preferences within your WordPress installation or connected server for operational purposes. We do not collect or store passwords, direct message content, or any personal data from your Meta accounts, except where explicitly required to authenticate through Meta’s official OAuth process.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto DM Studio by LidnTech, its developers, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Plugin, or violation of any third-party rights or terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Alberta, Canada.

By downloading, installing, or using Auto DM Studio by LidnTech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
